Sonepar BlueWay develops and executes energy conservation programs for Utility and corporate partners that drive smart and profitable solutions. We perform lighting and energy audits under contract to local utilities for the Small Business Lighting Program (SBL).

We are currently seeking a motivated, enthusiastic and dynamic Field Assessor working in the Southwestern Ontario Region.  This position works remotely, promoting the Small Business Lighting program, part of the province-wide Save On Energy initiative.

 The program provides means to promote energy conservation to the small commercial sector resulting in the uptake of more energy efficient technologies. It identifies and implements in-store energy management measures that encourage the small commercial sector to reduce energy use, save on utility costs, and improve environmental health. Small businesses that qualified by an assessment are eligible for incentives for lighting retrofits, at no cost to the business. The program incorporates outreach and education, sales based approach, laptop assisted energy audit calculations, and coordinating the installation of additional energy efficient products.
