JOB PURPOSE

A dynamic and proactive Service Engineer to deliver exceptional on-site and remote support for
industrial automation systems/IIOT system. You will install, commission, and maintain systems for
key clients, provide rapid diagnostics, technical training, and ensure compliance with SLAs andsafety standards. This role requires frequent travel, strong stakeholder communication, and
ownership of service performance metrics
RESPONSIBILITIES-
 On-site & Remote Support
• Install, commission, and maintain Industrial automation system hardware and software reporting systems at
customer facility
• Diagnose software/hardware issues using diagnostic tools and technical documentation.
 Preventive Maintenance & Upgrades
• Execute planned maintenance and system upgrades to ensure up-time and performance.
 Customer Interface & Handover
• Serve as primary liaison, providing training to operators and technical teams.
• Prepare technical reports, risk assessments/MOS, and service documentation.
 Escalation & Contract Management
• Maintain service-level agreements (SLAs), warranty escalation resolution, and identify
opportunities for spare parts/upgrades.
 Health & Safety Compliance
• Follow EHS protocols at client sites, especially in industrial environments.

ROLE LOCATION

Candidate will be based at Gurgaon and need to work on site for North Region (J&K,Himachal, Punjab, Haryana,UP, Uttrakhand,Delhi. Candiate should be open to travel when required as per need of project.
