How will you shape our tomorrow 

The Business Integrity Coordinator is responsible for coordinating actions to update, improve, and implement the Group’s compliance program. He/she plays a key role in deploying the Group’s compliance framework and directly contributes to protecting the Group, its employees, and its partners by ensuring high standards of integrity and ethics in a constantly evolving international environment.

 

The main responsibilities:

• Monitoring, updating, and operational implementation of the compliance program (Code of Conduct, Compliance Manual, internal policies, and training).
• Execution of annual compliance campaigns.
• Tracking key indicators to measure adherence to and performance of the compliance framework (dashboards).
• Reviewing export transactions in light of international regulations (economic sanctions).
• Regulatory watch: anti‑corruption, competition law, international sanctions.
• Coordination and engagement of the Compliance Champions network.
• Planning and monitoring of training campaigns (e‑learning).
• Regular training and alerts to the Legal & Compliance network regarding regulatory developments and key risk areas.
• Use of AI tools (e.g., ContractPod AI, Copilot) to support the deployment of the compliance program.

 

The experience you bring 

Minimum 5 years of experience in Compliance

Foreign languages: proficiency in both written and spoken English and French is essential.

Legal expertise: solid understanding of French and international compliance regulations (e.g., Sapin II, FCPA, UK Bribery Act) as well as business law.

Mastery of office and communication tools: excellent command of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and collaborative tools (OneDrive, SharePoint). Proficiency with AI tools such as Copilot and ContractPod AI is an asset

Analytical skills : Analyze complex compliancerelated situations with rigor, identify risks, interpret applicable regulations (Sapin II, FCPA, UK Bribery Act, etc.), cross‑check information from various sources, and propose concrete solutions to address them.

Decision‑making and autonomy: ability to make sound decisions and work independently.

Network management: ability to coordinate and animate the network of individuals responsible for deploying and monitoring the compliance program across Regions and Countries, and ensure accurate data collection and reporting.

Rigor and accuracy: strong rigor in project management, problem and data analysis, and delivery of reliable outputs.

Written and verbal communication: excellent ability to draft documents and reports, and to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Hybrid: 3 days in Paris (8ème)
