    • participate in the development of the holding company's compensation policy through internal and external compensation studies.
    • structure and ensure the reliability of bonus and increase processes
    • carry out compensation-related analyses: compensation vs. Performance vs. Potential, variable compensation,
    • build and manage the holding's payroll budget and liaise with the controlling and accounting departments
    • manage the holding company's social benefits (health - provident - retirement - profit-sharing) and propose coherent changes.
    • define and prepare hr reporting for the holding company
    • participate in legal obligations: social balance sheet, bdes, nao, social report, gender equality
    • interact with the international hr community and participate in group hr projects
    • provide advice and decision-making support to management on collective and individual issues, as well as managing regulatory aspects
    • manage expatriates coming from the holding, as well as local employees providing a service to the holding





(Knowledge, interpersonal skills, know-how)


    • 5 years' experience in a similar position in an international environment, with IT and support profiles.
    • Pragmatic, excellent analytical skills, autonomous, curious, organized, rigorous, proactive
    • Sense of service to internal customers, knowledge of project management, confidentiality, good stress management skills, good interpersonal and communication skills
    • 360° vision of human resources - versatility
    • Proficiency in the Office package, especially Excel (TBC, formulas).
    • Knowledge of macros would be a plus.
    • Fluency in English is essential.
