Main responsibilities: 

 

1/ Act as an expert in the economic development of your area, both in the actual and forecast phases.
- Key point of contact between the financial teams within the perimeter and the Group Finance Department
- Controlling and analyzing the accounts / extra-financial indicators of your scope, with a focus on analyzing risks and opportunities, and proposing corrective measures.
- Participate in the preparation of summary documents for the Group Management Committee
- Support your countries in the use of reporting tools and compliance with Group deadlines and standards.

 

2/ In terms of cross-functional responsibilities.
- Development of expertise in several of the team's key areas. For example: gross margin analysis, impact of inflation on performance, improvement of product/customer sales indicators, monitoring of cost analysis by function.
- Take charge of cross-functional projects in cooperation with the Group's financial and non-financial functions. A project to change the information system may be launched within the next 2 years.

 

3/ Other expected contributions.
- Critical look at organization and methods, participation in the continuous improvement of processes, contribution to the development and adoption of new reporting tools and KPIs.
- Working closely with the Group Consolidation team and the IT team, supporting the management of the Group's financial systems.

 

Profile required:  


● 5 years' higher education with a specialization in finance or management control, or an engineering background would also be a plus.
● 8-10 years' experience within a group in an international environment, including significant experience in project management (leadership, planning, coordination of internal or external resources).
● Good skills in financial analysis and, more generally, an affinity for investigating and solving complex problems.
● Proficiency in office automation tools (advanced Excel level essential, Word, Powerpoint) and ease with business intelligence tools (Power BI or others)
● Fluency in written and spoken English
● Clear and effective communication
