🎯 Your Missions: 

Within the Human Resources Department, in the HR Data and Engagement division, reporting to the HRIS Project Manager, the HR Data Analyst apprentice will have the following main missions:


HR Projects:

  • Participate in organizing meetings and workshops related to the project (preparing presentation materials, writing minutes, etc.),
  • Provide support in data control for cross-functional HR projects,
  • Assist the project team in creating dashboards based on HR processes in collaboration with the group's countries (using a BI tool): setting up HR performance indicators, adjusting, and verifying data scopes.

HR Data Management and Quality:

  • Maintain documentation related to HR data (data mapping; associated definitions) in collaboration with the group's countries,
  • Participate in improving the quality of HR data: ensure data quality and compliance with governance rules by the countries,
  • Contribute to the department's reporting activities: social reporting (headcount, seniority, etc.) and ad hoc reporting (list of employees by job family),
  • If possible, be proactive in suggesting improvements to our HR data.

  • You have initial experience in HR/HRIS or in social management control,
  • You want to develop your skills in HR and data analysis in a dynamic international environment and contribute to strategic projects for the group,
  • You have a strong interest in data and are proficient in Excel,
  • You have good interpersonal skills,
  • You have a team spirit and the ability to work in an international network, interacting with different cultures.
  • You are proactive and demonstrate rigor,
  • You are comfortable in English, both written and spoken.
