Within the Human Resources department, you will be in charge of or participate in the management of the following subjects:
Training plan management:
Refinement of needs with employees;
Identification of service providers in collaboration with the HR Managers and associates;
Help with budget management;
Creation of group training sessions as required;
Registration for individual training sessions;
Logistical, organizational and administrative support (agreements, convocation, invoicing).
Responsible for apprentices and internes:
Recruitment
Gathering of needs from managers;
Drafting and publication of job offers on various media;
Sorting of applications;
Pre-qualifications, interviews, debriefs with managers;
Updating of recruitment reporting table;
Onboarding :
Development of employer brand:
Animation of social networks, school and university fairs;
Internal and external HR communication;
Project Management :
Participation in projects according to the team's current situation, in particular action plans in line with our purpose.
Your profile:
Student in Bac+4 or Bac+5 in Human Resources Management or a similar field.
You have excellent interpersonal skills, enjoy working in a team and have a sense of service. You are methodical, rigorous, have excellent organizational skills and are able to make suggestions.
Discretion and management of priorities are imperative.
You are fluent in written English.
Ideally, you will have some initial experience of HR assignments (internship, apprentice).
