MISSION 

 

You assist the ODD in the development of the key projects. You will be involved in missions as HR transformation projects, change management and digital. 

 

You are in charge for coordinating several topics, in frequent interactions with other corporate  departments (Finance, Communications, Digital) and international teams all over the world. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:  

 

Project Management /Change management: 

  • accompany the deployment of the ERP HR (Sonepeople) and of the Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) tool, helping countries in setting high standards. This will focus the first year of the job. 

  • set process standard and support implementation to support business profitable growth. Boost, coordinate and follow up HR projects and priorities at international level (International HR committee). 

  • Support countries in target operating model definition (SC, Digital, New HR..) 

  • Lead global climate survey, adapted communication on defined projects 

 

Digital Transformation: 

  • Collaborate with Digital and Communication team in setting global platform to exchange best practices. 

  • Lead the creation of a People Dashboard with automated HR KPIs collaborating with all countries. 

  • Boost the development of the People portal according to the HR strategy and aligning the different countries. 

 

HR Strategy: 

  • Search and synthesis of strategic information and market evolution to improve the efficiency / image of the function. 

  • Capacity to understand business and consequent HR processes impact. 

  • Suggest tools and programs adapt to local /global efficiency.

  • Strong skills in organizational consulting & Change Management, incl. internal communication, project management, animation & networking skills

PROFILE: 

 

  • 7/10 years’ experience in “best in class” global environments, managing HR digital transformations consulting / corporate. 

  • Practice and knowledge of operational HR processes, change management and HRIS SAP SuccessFactor 

  • Business School, MSc/MA/MBA in HR management, HRIS specialty is preferred 

  • Deep interest in HR or in organization development and project management  

  • Strong business acumen with excellent HR functional knowledge and operational skills 

  • Strong proven change and project management capability
