The HRIS Project Manager is responsible for delivering HRIS projects and driving the evolution of a portfolio of HR processes and digital solutions across Core HR, Talent, and Workforce Strategy domains.
Working closely with HR stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners, he/she translates business needs into scalable, user-centric solutions that improve employee and manager experience, streamline HR processes, and increase operational efficiency.
The role leads to the implementation of HRIS enhancements and new solutions, ensures successful adoption through effective change management, and oversees HRIS integration activities related to mergers and acquisitions within its area of responsibility.
As a trusted partner to HR teams, the HRIS Project Manager challenges existing practices, promotes continuous improvement, and contributes to maximizing the value delivered by the Group's HR technology ecosystem.
Main responsibilities :
- Lead HRIS projects and system enhancements from requirements gathering through deployment and adoption.
- Act as the functional lead for a portfolio of HR processes and HRIS solutions.
- Partner with HR stakeholders to understand business needs and recommend effective digital solutions.
- Manage project scope, planning, risks, timelines, budgets, testing, communication, and documentation.
- Promote user-centric design and drive adoption of HRIS solutions through change management activities.
- Oversee HRIS-related integration activities for mergers and acquisitions within the assigned scope.
- Collaborate closely with HRIS Team (Data, RUN), IT teams, and system integrators to ensure solution consistency and quality.
- Build strong HR communities and foster best practice sharing across regions.
- Identify opportunities for simplification, automation, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Act as the recognized functional expert for Core HR, Performance & Goals, Succession, Compensation and Workforce Strategy solutions.
The experience you bring
Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in HRIS (e.g., SuccessFactors), including Core HR and Talent processes and system configuration principles
- Solid understanding of HR processes (employee lifecycle, workforce planning, data governance) and their impact on HR data
- Good knowledge of HR IT architectures, including integrations, interfaces, and data flows
- Proven experience in managing HRIS projects, from scoping to deployment (budget, timeline, risks, stakeholders)
- Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
- Strong focus on user experience (UX) and adoption, ensuring intuitive and value-added solutions
- Full professional proficiency in English and French.

Hybrid: 3 days in Paris (8ème)
