How will you shape our tomorrow
The HRIS Project Manager plays a key role in shaping, delivering, and continuously improving the Group's HR digital ecosystem.
Working closely with HR stakeholders, IT teams, regional organizations, and external partners, he/she leads HRIS transformation initiatives and translates business challenges into scalable, user-centric digital solutions that enhance employee and manager experience, strengthen data quality, streamline processes, and support business growth.
As a trusted advisor, he/she challenges existing ways of working, promotes innovation and best practices.
Main responsibilities :

Lead HRIS projects and solution enhancements from business requirements definition through design, testing, deployment, and adoption, ensuring successful delivery and business value realization..

Partner with HR and business stakeholders to understand operational challenges, translate requirements into scalable solutions, and provide trusted functional expertise and guidance.

Manage the full project lifecycle, including scope, planning, governance, risks, timelines, budget, testing, communication, documentation, and stakeholder alignment.

Drive user-centric design principles and lead change management activities to maximize user experience, engagement, and adoption of HRIS solutions.

Collaborate closely with HRIS Team (Data, RUN), IT teams, and system integrators to ensure solution consistency and quality.

Build and nurture strong HR communities across regions, promoting knowledge sharing, collaboration, and adoption of best practices.

Contribute to the HRIS roadmap by identifying opportunities for optimization, automation, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Serve as the recognized functional expert within the assigned domain, providing guidance on solution design, process improvements, market trends, and future capabilities.

The experience you bring
Technical Skills
-

Strong expertise in HR Information Systems (HRIS), preferably SAP SuccessFactors, with solid knowledge of Core HR processes. Knowledge of Performance, Talent or Compensation process would be an advantage.

Solid understanding of HR processes (employee lifecycle, workforce planning, data governance) .

Proven experience in managing HRIS projects

Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements

Strong focus on user experience and adoption, ensuring intuitive and value-added solutions

Full professional proficiency in English and French.

Hybrid: 3 days in Paris (8ème)
