How will you shape our tomorrow
As a GRC and Legal Business Analyst, you are the single point of contact for Governance, Risk and Compliance applications as well as legal applications. As part of your responsibilities, you play a key role in managing the full lifecycle of our Finance and Legal Information System—from initial configuration to ongoing enhancements. You work in close partnership with Internal controlling, Internal Audit, Risks, Legal and Transformation teams to ensure the tools evolve in alignment with operational needs.
Your missions include:
- Leading functional developments and driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Managing and resolving system incidents with efficiency and rigor
- Overseeing day-to-day administration and ensuring system reliability
- Coordinating on a day-to-day basis external stakeholders involved in the system’s governance
This position offers a strategic opportunity to contribute to the optimization of financial processes within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Your portfolio includes the following applications:
- Tracs (Acuredge) for GRC
- Soneval (In‑house developed tool) for Share-based payments calculations
- Solis (Dilistrust) for companies, litigation and contracts management
- SoneShare (In‑house developed tool) for Shares Plan management
- SonAcquisition (Power Apps) for M&A acquisitions
- Finance Portal (Sahrepoint)
You also manage from an end-to-end process the Entity lifecycle from the creation in Solis to other applications population until the management of organigrams and Consolidation scopes.
You also are a key contributor to all projects that may happen within your applications portfolio.

- You have a good knowledge of financial applications management and GRC processes
- You demonstrate a strong sense of service, active listening, intellectual curiosity, autonomy, and a proactive approach.
- You can manage priorities and unexpected challenges with flexibility and composure.
- You communicate with ease, both in writing and orally, and have a sharp analytical mind.
Work Mode & Location
Hybrid: 3 days in Paris (8ème)
