How will you shape our tomorrow

As an Accounting Business Analyst, you are the key operational partner for headquarter accounting digital solutions. You act as the single point of contact for these applications, ensuring they run smoothly every day and continuously evolve to support the business.

You play a hands‑on role across the headquarter accounting Information Systems — from configuration and roll‑out to enhancements, user support and continuous improvement. Working closely with accounting team and IT team, you translate operational needs into efficient, reliable and user‑friendly solutions.

 

Your day‑to‑day responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administration, maintenance, and support activities, including:
    • Monitoring and ensuring the proper functioning of the systems,
    • Providing user support and training (functional assistance),
    • Managing incidents (understanding and analyzing issues, resolving them, and contributing to process improvements),
    • Performing functional administration of the systems in compliance with established procedures,
  • Support business users by providing pragmatic solutions, documentation and best‑practice guidance
  • Proactively identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve controls and enhance user experience
  • Drive functional improvements and enhancements by contributing to the design of information systems, by analyzing user needs, proposing enhancements, participating in and/or delivering new projects, performing user acceptance testing (UAT) for new applications or components, and developing system solutions.
  • Acts as an interface between Business teams, Group IT team, and external IT service providers.
  • Coordinate external partners and vendors to ensure smooth governance and delivery

  • General Ledger, invoice digitalization and expense commitment software solutions (vendors: Talentia, Yooz)
  • Bank reconciliation software: (vendor: Episoft)

 

You also are a key contributor to all projects that may happen within your applications portfolio.

 

What success looks like

  • Build a strong partner relationship with business stakeholders
  • Optimize the end-to-end administration process—from Business requirement collection to delivery.
  • Optimize Finance reporting processes

 

 

The experience you bring

  • + 7 years of experience
  • Strong expertise in financial information systems management related to accounting.
  • Solid functional knowledge of Accounting.
  • You exhibit rigor, integrity, and strict respect for confidentiality.
  • You demonstrate a strong sense of service, active listening, intellectual curiosity, autonomy, and a proactive approach.
  • You can manage priorities and unexpected challenges with flexibility and composure.
  • You communicate with ease, both in writing and orally English and French is essential, and have a sharp analytical mind.

 

Work Mode & Location

Hybrid: 3 days in Paris (8ème)
