🎯 Your Mission:

As Manager of the IT Finance team, you will:

•    Be in charge of the application portfolio for Finance, legal, internal audit, internal control, Risk Management and M&A departments,
•    Manage the internal team (currently 3 associates) and external contractors who provide support for RUN activities,
•    Lead all IT projects in your domain,
•    Manage a budget of approximately 1M€,
•    Manage relationships with business stakeholders and with other IT services (Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, IT Helpdesk, …),
•    Manage relationships with editors (SAP, Devoteam, Legal Suite, Anaplan, Certent) and with services providers.

•    Projects delivered on time, on scope and on budget,
•    Run activities (maintenance and support) performed according to good practices, enabling,
o    Compliance to SLAs,
o    Minimum services outages,
o    Application sustainability,
o    End users satisfaction,
•    Overall IT spending for IT finance in line with budget / forecast.
•    …

 

🛠️ The Experience you bring

•    Highly skilled in IT project management. A five years experience is a minimum,
•    Strong experience on Finance functional domain, more specifically on consolidation process, internal control and internal audit,
•    An experience as System / Application owner or functional domain owner, in charge of application maintenance (users support, corrective maintenance, evolutions, …),
•    A first experience in Team management would be a plus,
•    Strong ability to manage relationships with different kind of skateholders (internal customers, contractors, vendors, …).
