How will you shape our tomorrow 

The Integration Expert plays a critical role in defining and managing the technical integration framework for all products and features (New and Existing). This role ensures the successful deployment and operation of integration solutions across Operating Companies (OpCos), specializing in specific product verticals such as CX, AX, or Marketplace.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the shaping phase of new Spark product features involving an integration fact ( updating / creating a Spark interface / New Feed ), meaning proposing data/api contracts new release based on product features requirement in a multi tenancy context, domain driven guiding principle across OpenAPI + Async schema definition 
  • Lead integration efforts for Pilot Operating Companies, overseeing the entire process. being directly in contact with the 1st Pilot Opco to support and structure all materials to enable the scale up of this feature for the consultants team
  • Create comprehensive deployment guides and related artifacts for Integration Consultants.
  • Train Integration Consultants on Data integration best practices and needs of Spark.
  • Train Integration Consultants to use industrialized deployment guides efficiently for subsequent deployments.
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to ensure alignment and integration feasibility specially with the cloud team that covers all cloud infrastructure set up the iPaaS Program Team ( SIL - Spark Integration Layer )
  • Stay abreast with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance integration strategies.
  • Proposing any update in the integration patterns, enhancement, doing any research

 

Core Competencies:

  • Expertise in specific product verticals (e.g., ecommerce, CRM) : understanding architecture and business features of eCommerce, Marketing and Sales.
  • Strong communication and training capabilities: has been in position to interface with Business / Product teams to handle product challenges in integrating with ERP, PIM platforms.
  • Proficiency in developing technical documentation and deployment guides.
  • Experience in automation and optimizing deployment processes is a strong advantage.

 

KPIs / Success Metrics:

  • Quality and usability of deployment guides.
  • Training effectiveness measured by consultant adoption.
  • Success rate of pilot implementations.
  • Reduction in integration errors across OpCos.
  • Strategic improvements in integration frameworks.

 

The experience you bring 

  • At least 1 significant experience ( at least 1 year ) as an Architect Position handling Program level cross application interface definitions ( API REST, Message, File ) with production level impact

 

Work Mode & Location

  • Hybrid: 3 days in Paris (8ème) and 17ème after the probation period
