At the core of a Group leading the electrical distribution market, you will join a dynamic and diverse team driving change in financial monitoring and strategic decision-making. As an FP&A Senior Analyst, you play a pivotal role within the Group’s financial department, supporting general management and business units. You will monitor and analyze financial performance, support acquisitions, and act as a business partner to drive value creation across the organization.

 

Main Responsibilities

 

  1. Financial Planning, Forecasting & Performance Analysis
    • Prepare and consolidate monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-term plans for your scope.
    • Analyze actual vs. forecast results, identify variances, and provide actionable insights to management.
    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare management dashboards.
    • Deliver reporting and contribute to the preparation of documents for Group management committees.
  1. Business Partnering
    • Act as a preferred contact point between local financial teams, business units, and the Group’s financial department.
    • Collaborate with operational teams and senior management to provide financial insights and challenge assumptions.
    • Support non-financial stakeholders (e.g., data and transformation, supply chain, sustainability) with financial analysis and decision support.
  1. Transversal Projects & Continuous Improvement
    • Participate in transversal projects with group functions, including the setup of new reporting tools, design of new metrics, and automation of recurring processes.
    • Contribute to the modernization of financial processes and tools, including the introduction of professional AI solutions.
  1. Other Expected Contributions
    • Work closely with the Group consolidation team and finance systems administration IT team.
    • Ensure compliance with Group deadlines and reporting standards.

 

 

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Required

 

Profile

  • Master’s degree (bac+5) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; engineering background appreciated.
  • 7-10 years’ experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or audit, ideally in an international environment.
  • Strong financial analysis and modeling skills; experience in M&A analysis is a plus.
  • Advanced Excel and proficiency in Word, PowerPoint; familiarity with BI tools (Power BI or others) and EPM systems (One Stream, Tagetik, or others) .
  • Fluent written and spoken English.

Work Mode & Location

Hybrid: 3 days in Paris (8ème)
