How will you shape our tomorrow

Ensure the reliable production of consolidated financial statements for a defined scope by coordinating support to subsidiaries, controlling specific and complex operations, supervising the holdings, and contributing to the Group’s analyses and audit of the accounts.

 

Main responsibilities :

  • Control actual and forecast reporting packages.
  • Support subsidiaries to ensure accurate and timely data submission through the consolidation system (SAP FC/BFC).
  • Record and review specific consolidation operations assigned to the role.
  • Supervise the holdings.
  • Handle complex consolidation transactions (acquisitions, mergers, disposals).
  • Manage tax processing and fiscal reporting (CBCR/Globe) in coordination with the TAX team.
  • Contribute to the preparation and analysis of consolidated financial statements for the assigned area.
  • Monitor and formalize internal files and significant financial events.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly analyses included in the Group’s reporting package sent to management.
  • Assist countries during the audit of consolidated accounts and prepare related annexes and presentations.
  • Draft instructions and process documents, and participate in IT development projects and consolidation process improvements.
  • Train users and contribute to consolidation manuals and documentation

 

The experience you bring 

 

REQUIRED EXPERTISE AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND :

  • Strong knowledge of consolidation techniques and of processes for financial data restatements/harmonization.
  • Solid command of IFRS standards and of accounting and financial information flows within an international Group.
  • Expertise in changes in scope (mergers, acquisitions, disposals, liquidations, etc.).

 

SKILLS (SAVOIR-FAIRE) :

  • Proficiency in SAP FC.
  • Strong command of standard office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Professional level of English – other languages appreciated.

  • Reliability and strong sense of priorities.
  • Autonomy and flexibility.
  • Team spirit.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders across the Company (Country and Holding Finance departments, auditors, accounting correspondents, etc.), both internal and external.

Hybrid: 3 days in Paris (8ème)
