How will you shape our tomorrow
As the ServiceNow Platform Owner, your mission is to manage and optimize the platform for all Sonepar Operating Companies (OpCos). You will ensure the platform effectively supports our Group IT Strategy while maintaining a single-instance environment that is compliant with global best practices. Your primary focus will be harmonizing fragmented workflows and leading a global community to ensure "The Sonepar Way" is reflected in our digital tools.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Governance Alignment
• Align the platform roadmap with the Group IT Strategy and the Digital Workplace vision.
• Lead strategic governance meetings and the ServiceNow Council (global working group) to prioritize blueprint evolutions.
• Manage the ServiceNow budget and maintain strong relationships with suppliers responsible for running and enhancing the platform.
• Construct business cases for new modules or significant platform enhancements.
2. Value Optimization & Platform Health
• Own and oversee the ServiceNow instances, leading the core platform team and managing technical escalations.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization to maximize the platform's value across all 90 brands.
• Ensure the maintenance of the production environment (Incidents/Service Requests) meets global SLAs.
• Enforce an "Out-of-the-Box" approach to minimize technical debt and ensure seamless upgrades.
3. Program & Project Delivery
• Lead service providers to ensure successful module deployment across all subsidiaries.
• Act as a key contributor to strategic projects, notably the CMDB program, ensuring it is delivered on plan, budget, and scope.
• Provide subject matter expertise on ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB, etc.) to project teams.
• Analyze and resolve day-to-day operational challenges faced by subsidiaries.
4. Community Animation
• Establish and animate the ServiceNow Community at Sonepar.
• Foster knowledge sharing between OpCos to reduce workflow fragmentation and share best practices.

• Optimized and aligned IT processes across all Sonepar subsidiaries.
• A robust and accurate CMDB that supports group-wide visibility.
• High internal stakeholder satisfaction through measured IT service performance.
• A clear, long-term technical vision that reduces local fragmentation in favor of global standards.
The experience you bring
• ServiceNow Expertise: 4+ years of experience on the ServiceNow platform, with deep functional knowledge of ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, CMDB, Service Catalog).
• Leadership: Proven experience leading technical or functional teams to align with business roadmaps and governance policies.
• Global Mindset: Ability to work effectively with decentralized teams dispersed across multiple international locations.
• Implementation Track Record: Experience with full-lifecycle ServiceNow implementations and managing external service providers.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English and French.
