How will you shape our tomorrow
As a Talent Acquisition manager, you will lead the HQ talent acquisition strategy, ensuring it is aligned with the business strategy, in order to attract, recruit and retain key candidates in a competitive and talent-scarce market. You would work across a range of areas within Human Resources, playing a key role in talent acquisition.
Contract: one-year fixed-term contract
Main responsibilities :
Managing the end to end recruitment process:
• Clarifying the requirements with the manager (key issues, profile, criteria) and defining the assessment criteria
• Jointly developing or reviewing the job description (reference frameworks, organisation, strategy)
• Structuring and facilitating the process (screening, interviews, decision-making, closing)
• Coordinate stakeholders (managers, HR, senior management) and deadlines
• Ensure the evaluation and decision-making process is robust (summary, recommendation, traceability)
• Source and manage talent pools (multi-channel):
Define a suitable sourcing strategy (volumes, shortages, expertise)
Carry out direct sourcing (LinkedIn, headhunting, candidate outreach)
Manage applications (job boards, networks, employee referrals, universities)
Build and maintain talent pipelines
• Ensure pre-employment processes (offer & negotiation):
Gather offer details (remuneration, variable pay, status, location, start date)
Finalise the offer (package, terms, unique selling points)
Present and negotiate the offer with the candidate
• Finalise the contract in conjunction with HR administration
• Develop the employer brand:
Contribute to the employer brand strategy and its implementation
Manage recruitment channels (LinkedIn, events, careers page)
Represent the company and promote its culture to candidates
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience:
Ensure a smooth, structured and transparent process
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the candidate journey
Communicate regularly with candidates (stages, timelines, feedback)
Provide useful feedback, regardless of the outcome, and embody the company’s culture
• Manage recruitment performance:
Monitor KPIs (time to hire, cost, conversion rate, quality of hires)
Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements (processes, tools, channels)
Continuously adjust the strategy based on data and business priorities
• Support hiring managers:
Train managers in structured and inclusive interviews
Provide decision-making tools (scorecards, assessment grids)
• Manage onboarding
Enrol new hires in onboarding programmes

Hybrid: 3 days in Paris (8ème)
