World Electric is hiring a Dispatcher Lead Warehouse to join our team  

Schedule: Monday-Friday  12pm (noon) - 8pm

Starting Rate: Competitive hourly rate with full benefits package  

What You Will Do: 

• Coordinate deliveries, local pick-ups, & returns  

• Daily / weekly meetings with staff to review performance metrics and drive improvements 

• Meet/exceed all customer and sales expectations for deliveries 

• Respond to dispatch email requests for ETA & delivery problem resolution 

• Utilize system reports to drive excellence 

• Communicate route information with sales 

• Ensure training and compliance needs are met 

• Schedule fleet maintenance 

• Verify correct quantities and items for all sections

• Sorts and places material or items on racks, shelves, or in bins. 

• Box up and label material. 

• Construct orders based on delivery area preventing stock from being damaged on delivery. 

• Other duties as assigned 

What You Will Bring: 

• 2 years’ experience 

• Desire to provide an Unparalleled Customer Experience 

• Proficient with Smartphone/E-mail 

• Proficient with Eclipse and Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Teams 

• Committed to 100% accuracy and Doing it Right the First Time (DIRTFT) 

• Ability to multi-task and refocus priorities on demand. 

Physical Requirements and Work Environment: 

• Repetitive lifting and pulling of heavy objects (50+ lbs) 

• Driving delivery truck. 

• Requires regular and reliable on-site attendance 

• Use of Forklift 

• Warehouse environment
