All morning 950 drivers report directly to the AM Dock Supervisor. This position requires holding drivers accountable to North Coast standards, policies and procedures.
What You Will Do:
- People manager responsibilities.
- Timecard approval/vacation/sick time authorization.
- Ensuring all orders are on a manifest and manifests are closed by EOD.
- Responsible for Driver annual performance reviews.
- Review Lytx events and coach drivers accordingly.
- Review fleet issues, repairs needed and communicate with vendors and Fleet Manager.
- Communicate with the Sales Team any customer issues or orders/shipping instructions.
- Ensure all PM orders are manifested and delivered accordingly.
- Review drivers post route analysis and time per stop through Insights and coach drivers accordingly.
- Review and ensure drivers complete any assigned training on time.
- Complete Incident and Accident reports when needed and submit.
- Ensure all customer orders are identified and loaded for same day delivery.
- Support for drivers finding orders on the dock.
- Target pull time support and adherence.
- Dispatch emails with response time of 1 hour.
- Research orders and solve problems where needed.
- Feedback to staging team on improvement opportunities.
- Keep the dock area clean and organized.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You Will Bring:

Clear and concise communication skills

Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Fluent in North Coast warehouse and system processes
- Self-starter, team player with the ability to lead others with a quality focus
- Previous warehouse and driving experience

Committed to 100% accuracy and doing tasks right the first time (DIRTFT)

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Willingness and desire to improve knowledge and skill level of self and others
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
- Repetitive lifting and pulling heavy objects (50+ lbs.)
- Forklift and stock picker use
- Warehouse environment
- Frequent use of computer terminal and RF scanner
- Usual 40-hour work-week Monday through Friday however based on business needs evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required
- Requires regular and reliable on-site attendance
