How will you shape our tomorrow 

As a QA in the Integration Scale team, your mission is to drive quality efforts and contribute to the team to ensure technical execution and standardize and industrialize the Integration activities (tools, documentation, processes…) to make our e-commerce global platform Spark a self-service for the local subsidiaries (Opcos).

 

1)Technical Execution (75%) 

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated end-to-end test cases. 

  • Perform manual and exploratory testing for complex features, ensuring early detection and issue reporting. 

  • Triage test failures, investigate root causes, and drive corrective actions to resolution. 

  • Collaborate with developers, product owners, and designers to refine acceptance criteria and ensure testability. 

  • Review and contribute to test automation code across the team to maintain quality and consistency. 

  • Monitor and analyze CI/CD test runs, improving reliability, speed, and feedback loops 

2) Release & Process Coordination (25%) 

  • Coordinate release testing activities, including regression scope, test readiness, and sign-off. 

  • Define and improve QA processes, standards, and best practices (e.g., bug triage, testing strategy, test data strategy). 

  • Track and analyze quality metrics to drive improvement across the development lifecycle. 

  • Mentor and support team members in growing their technical QA skills. 

 

What success looks like 

  • You reduce manual regression effort by improving automation standards and practices, and through hands-on coding and debugging. 

    You ensure strong automation coverage by integrating reliable tests into the CI/CD pipeline. 

    You coordinate and support product release activities, ensuring smooth, predictable, and high-quality deployments. 

    You help shape and apply the QA strategy within product teams, with a focus on automation maturity and release confidence. 

 

 

The experience you bring 

  • Hands-on expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript test automation, ideally with WebDriverIO.  

  • Experience working with Gherkin and Cucumber to define and automate behavior-driven tests. 

  • Experience in integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensuring their stability. 

  • Proven skills in coordinating release activities and aligning QA practices with Agile delivery.

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and continuous testing methodologies (Shift-Left, Test Pyramid) 

  • Track record of improving QA processes and mentoring peers on automation best practices.  

  • Knowledge of CRM or ERP systems is a plus.

 

Work Mode & Location

- Hybrid: 3 days in Paris (8ème)

  • Interview with a QA engineer for technical assessment 

  • Interview with a peer or other stakeholder

  • Final interview with an HR member
