Answering to the branch director, the candidate will act as the main contact for external clients, internal clients, and suppliers.


You are: a good negotiator, focused on sales and customer service, organized, independent, and a good listener.


You must:

  • Have a DEP in electricity and/or sales training
  • Have experience in customer service and sales
  • Have knowledge of the industrial market (asset)
  • Be bilingual (French/English) (asset)


You will:

  • Answer calls from clients and provide accurate information about prices and products as well as undertake searches when required
  • Enter client orders in the system
  • Follow up with clients about their open orders
  • Manage follow ups for corporate requests, analyze reports, and take action
  • Perform any other related tasks
