Vending Technician/VMI

Key Responsibilities:

  • Familiarity with all vending equipment software including but not limited to inventory count, inventory upload, part number/description change and/or creation, Min/Max change, export inventory list, print barcode labels, view low stock. 
  • Technical support for both internal/ external customers.
  • Ability to do maintenance and repairs on all machines.
  • Technical support for both internal/ external customers.
  • Scan barcode Labels from VMI and upload VMI order.
  • Familiarity of operation of scanner.
  • Handling VMI related returns as per company guidelines.
  • Liaise with other Vending Technicians to ensure machines are maintained or repaired accurately and efficiently.
  • Ability to interact effectively with internal & external customers.

 

Requirement Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma preferred.
  • WHMIS & TDG Certification required, will provide appropriate training
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office considered an asset
  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
  • Clean Driver’s Abstract
  • Previous industry experience considered an asset

Physical Skill and Effort

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Stooping, kneeling, bending, crouching, lifting and reaching.
