HRIS Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • As primary point of contact, collaborates with internal customers to analyze HRIS requirements, develops and implements various HRIS procedures streamline HR operation process and handle data integration through working in a dynamic and matrix international organization cross geographic and functional coverage.
  • As system's super-user, provide system operation guide and service to various clients and users.
  • Troubleshoots production issues, including problem research and analysis, and performing steps for resolution.
  • As system data controller, ensure data quality through continuous process improvement and operation standard optimization. Handle data related inquiry in good manner, efficiency, and accuracy, and include but not limit to all kinds of HR data analysis reporting for integrated international business organization.
  • Effectively connect HR needs with appropriate party for system solutions during routine work and make efforts to continuously optimize the eHR system. Ensure operation excellence and provide day-to-day client facing service in a good manner, responsiveness, and accuracy. Handle client inquiry and effectively connect with appropriate party for problem solving.
  • Continuous improvement and timely update HR process and service standards according to defined change, include but not limit to C&B policy, local regulations, and compliance requirement.

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • At least 5+ years’ experience in HR related IT system like Workday or SAP HCM or SuccessFactors;
  • Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese as the role will support whole APAC region. At least 2 years’ experience in similar role supporting multiple countries in the region;
  • Understanding of HRIS systems and how they impact wider HR development;
  • Excellent understanding of HR processes and terminology;
  • Customer service orientated, patient and able to handle interruptions, Good interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization;
  • Ability to influence and manage change and deal effectively with change management initiatives Strong analytical and critical thinking skills;
