Job Summary
We are seeking a Credit Representative who excels in communication, problem-solving, and numerical analysis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on investigating issues, interacting with diverse teams, and managing customer accounts with precision and care.
What'll Do:
- Establish and maintain robust relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including sales and operations teams, branch managers, and contractors.
- Navigate the Credit and Accounts Receivable process with expertise, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
- Ensure effective resolution of inquiries and concerns, maintaining high standards of company-customer relations.
- Reconcile invoices and payments accurately, ensuring financial integrity.
- Collaborate with sales representatives to facilitate seamless customer orders.
- Manage preliminary construction notices and provide lien waivers as required.
- Conduct thorough reviews of credit applications and oversee the creation of new accounts.
- Investigate and resolve account discrepancies with a detail-oriented approach.
- Maintain up-to-date records, ensuring all customer accounts reflect current and accurate information.
What You'll Bring:

- Prior experience in construction and/or distribution is highly desirable.
