What you will do:

• Pick, pack, and prepare electrical products for shipment according to customer orders and company standards.
• Verify outgoing shipments for accuracy, including part numbers, quantities, and destination.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and barcode scanners safely and efficiently.
• Maintain organized shipping areas and ensure all materials are properly labeled and stored.
• Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to resolve order discrepancies or shipping issues.
• Generate shipping labels and documentation using warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Perform routine inventory checks and assist with cycle counts as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Other duties as assigned

What you will bring:

• Electrical, Contractor and/or distribution experience preferred, but not required
• High School diploma or G.E.D.; or
• 1 - 3 years of related experience and/or training; or
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to work in warehouse environment, if needed

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

• Warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels.
• Requires standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
• Use of PPE as required.
• Mix of warehouse and office work environments

Location: This role is on-site in the San Leandro, CA branch

Work hours: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Overtime as needed.

• Salary Range:

This is a non-exempt position and pays between $18.80 - $25.08 per hour. This salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, within California. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
