What You Will Do:

Provide guidance to Managers on salary ranges, job title requirements, and FLSA status.

Assist with various strategic initiatives such as retention, succession planning, and talent development.

Provide support and advice on Associate relations issues and activities, recommending courses of action, consulting with the Director of Human Resources on disciplinary courses of action
-
Manage timecard processing for all Associates.

Help ensure that locations comply with federal, state, and local regulations when implementing HR practices.

Assist with the research and development of employment policies and guidelines.
-
Participate in employee safety, wellness, and health initiatives.
-
Exhibit sound judgment and discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential situations and information; help maintain a positive associate relations environment.

Assist the HR team and resolve associate relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.

Other duties as assigned.
What You Will Bring:
-
A working knowledge of state and federal employment laws in the states in which we operate.
-
Proficient in MS Office- including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

3+ years in Sr. HR Generalist role, a bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
-
Time management and organization skills necessary to manage multiple projects and appropriately prioritize workload.
-
HRCI- PHR or SHRM-CP Credentials preferred or achieved within 2 years of hire date.
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities.
-
Strong communication and organizational skills.
-
Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment as a team leader and member.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
-
Office environment.
-
Requires regular and reliable onsite and hybrid attendance at the Support office.
- Frequent computer and phone use.
Salary & Compensation:
- This position is an exempt position and not subject to overtime.
- Pay is $79k to $92k annually, DOE.
