This role is responsible for regional sales support with a focus on customer service, order management, assisting with quotation, quote packages, and account maintenance.




  • Prepare and submit proposals and supporting documents in customer quoting portals
  • Provide administrative assistance to Sales Representatives and ensure all documentation is properly executed and deadlines are met
  • Maintain project documentation
  • Collaborate with Sales Representatives to make sure project goals are met
  • Manage contract milestone activities, and close-out activities
  • Act as a liaison and coordinator amongst key stakeholders
  • Organize and maintain contract related hard copies and digital records
  • Order entry and management
  • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and customer to arrange delivery of product
  • Analysis of costing and selling spreadsheets
  • Track orders to ensure delivery times are met
  • Other duties and projects as assigned




  • A minimum of 3-year customer service or administration experience.
  • Post secondary education preferred.
  • Wire and cable knowledge or industry experience preferred.
  • Understanding of solution selling vs. price.
  • The role includes an understanding of sales margins, product sourcing, pricing, and negotiations.
  • Business acumen and professional approach to offering effective services and solutions.
