🎯 How will you shape our tomorrow
As the Sustainability & Impact Program Manager you will be responsible for steering and coordinating cross-functional programs that generate measurable environmental and social impact, as part of the Power with Purpose strategy. Ensure governance, impact monitoring, and stakeholder engagement to accelerate the Group’s sustainability ambitions
📊 Key responsibilities:
• Initiatives for a sustainable supply chain
• Sustainable customer journey (with Spark)
• Deployment of tools to measure community impact
• Other projects aligned with the Power with Purpose program
Performance Measurement & Methodology
• Develop tools and methodologies to measure and improve the performance and impact of sustainability programs.
• Ensure consistency and reliability of data across countries and functions.
• Gradually contribute to internal and external reporting (CSRD, SBTi, etc.).
Community & Business Engagement
• Facilitate internal sustainability communities to foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and engagement.
• Support awareness and skills development initiatives across the organization.
• Promote cultural change by embedding sustainability into key functions and processes.
Governance & PMO
• Act as PMO for sustainability governance committees, including:
o Purpose Board
o Sustainability Leadership Committee (SLC)
o CSR Taskforce
• Prepare agendas, track decisions, and ensure implementation of action plans.
