Area Branch Operations Manager

Key area of oversight include:

• Assure invoicing is processed daily.
• Timely and accurate customer order fulfillment
• Trade Accounts Payable
• Cash Sales Accounts Receivable
• Inventory Receipt Internal and External for accuracy.
• Inventory adjustments review for area branches.
• Travel to area locations for training, troubleshooting, and support.
• Demonstrate our mission, vision and values through your words and actions.
• Work with Regional /Area Manager to deliver budgeted EBIT $ and EBIT%

Requirements:

• 4-year college degree with an emphasis on business and finance, and/or a combination of relevant knowledge through job related experience & training
• Minimum five years related experience in the electrical industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with supervising employees
• Sales background and understanding of the customer
• Strong human relations skills including the ability to listen, influence and motivate.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to solve practical problems with limited information.
• Working knowledge of Eclipse Information System and Microsoft Office
• Character compatible with the Capital Electric Mission and Values
