What are we looking for?

We are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to join our talented team.  Initial training for this position will be in our Sesco Vaughan location and moving to our Texcan Brampton location by October of 2021.

What does this job entail?

This position is responsible for reviewing and processing orders from the TWL Order Manager to ensure all shipments are made according to priority and working with all teams to resolve any issues.

Shift: 8am-4:30pm (subject to change).

 

  • Review and drop orders from the TWL Order Manager by priority considering carrier cut offs, rush orders, cuts, pipe, # of lines etc
  • Perform carrier changes in the system as necessary
  • Review and process various reports on a daily basis
  • Communicate with the sales team to validate missing or incorrect information on orders
  • Work with sales team to validate the availability of merchandise, coordinate urgent orders, make corrections to orders and any additional queries via phone/email
  • Coordinate rush and time call shipments with sales
  • Work with Warehouse Manager to trigger reassignment of pickers based on workload
  • Perform various warehouse duties as required incl. put away, pick, pack, ship, cycle count etc
  • Provide quality service and adhere to Health & Safety protocols following organization standards

What will you need to be successful in this role?

  • High School Diploma (OSSD)
  • Minimum 2 years warehouse experience
  • Product knowledge or industry experience preferred
  • SX/TWL knowledge preferred
  • Microsoft skills an asset – word, excel, outlook
  • Forklift/Reach Truck/Order Picker certification an asset
  • Proficient English reading skills and ability to follow directions
  • Ability to work independently and/or as a team. Ability to multi-task and provide excellent customer service.
  • Excellent with numbers and time management
  • Flexible to work overtime required

 

*Able to lift to 50lbs.
