Job Summary
Responsible for managing local interaction with Eclipse, Irby’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tool, while monitoring Eclipse Queues, sales management tools, and other software resources provided. Based on needs provide field assistance to assigned branch locations. Specialist will monitor each assigned branch’s process flows to ensure the branch is current and running efficiently. Specialist will use Queues, Dashboards, and Reports to identify areas that need improvement and work with, remotely and onsite as needed, the Branch Managers as needed to move the branch within tolerance by performing the following duties. Provide Eclipse training and daily support and with implementing new processes.
Responsibilities
- Work with branches to assist in improving the profitability, productivity, and cash flow by utilizing various Eclipse Queues, Dashboards, and Tools as well as training on how to use the Tools provided.
- Offer field assistance to assigned branches.
- Provide useful and specific data to managers to aid in identifying areas of focus.
- Provide Eclipse and other software training for new employees and existing employees.
- Assist, onsite as needed, with new branch startups, implementation of new processes and procedures.
- Daily Eclipse support to field teams.
Essential Duties
- Weekly review of all assigned branches utilizing the various tools provided.
- Identifying branches that need assistance, focusing on areas that will have the most impact on improving overall efficiency.
- Conduct monthly reviews (more if required) via. WebEx with branches that require the most attention, including specific action items to be accomplished with follow-up to review progress.
- Branch visits as required to provide training or hands on assistance with assigned branches.
- Daily Eclipse support.
Minimum Qualifications

- Ability to use a personal computer and understand various software. Must be proficient in Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
