NorthEast Electrical is looking for a full time Digital Solutions Manager to join our team in Brockton, MA

 

Shift: Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm

Salary Range: $80,000 to $100,000 plus annual bonus plan

The Digital Solutions Manager will develop, maintain, and implement digital strategies throughout NorthEast. Manage new and existing digital customer accounts and contacts. Create and manage eLink profiles and be the point of contact for all ELINK related issues. Test new website functionality. Must become an expert on all existing and future digital solutions and be able to demo and sell the NorthEast Mobile App, Website, eLink, and any other digital solutions that have been/will be created for customers. There are several commercial components to this role that will be defined. 

 

What a typical day looks like in this role:

  • Digital Training: Responsible for training internal NorthEast teams on our digital capabilities. This includes but is not limited to:  Webinars, in branch training and follow-up on digital competency.
  • Customer Development: Develop an understanding of customer business systems and how to integrate NorthEast digital solutions into their business systems. Serving as a back up to the Solutions Specialist, help customers use digital solutions to become more efficient in their day-to-day activities.
  • Web Maintenance: Serve as project manager for customer and product clean up. Schedule and manage regular calls with purchasing, credit and pricing departments ensure data is being effectively managed. 
  • Digital Development: Help create development roadmap for website based on customer feedback for improvements on the website. Resolve digital product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determine the cause of the problem; select and explain the best solution to solve the problem; expedite correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Open and maintain digital customer accounts by inputting customer information into Web Admin, Eclipse, and/or Conexiom
  • Assist Marketing/Digital Department with special projects, events, and promotions as needed.
  • Research and report on industry and competitor trends as it relates to digital capabilities. 

 

What we are looking for you to bring us:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. or B.S.) in a business-related field
  • 2+ years of Marketing & customer-facing Sales experience, OR
  • Equivalent combination of Education and Experience
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and with little supervision
  • Must demonstrate good time management skills
  • Must possess strong planning, organizational and execution skills
  • Must have the ability to set goals and meet deadlines
  • Must possess excellent customer service skills
  • Must demonstrate ownership of assigned responsibilities and ability to get the job done correctly and in a timely manner
  • Must possess a proactive and positive team approach to problem resolution
  • Must have the ability to establish strong working relationships with co-workers and management
  • Must be able to travel within our New England Region
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Extremely detail oriented and organized
  • Must be able to work on many projects simultaneously and deliver projects on schedule
  • Comfort Speaking in Front of Executive-Level Leaders
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as Wrike, Marketo, Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics etc.
