We're looking for a Pricing & Rebate EDI Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in supporting pricing and rebate programs across our operating companies. This role combines EDI expertise, analytical problem-solving, project implementation, training, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure critical rebate and pricing transactions flow accurately and efficiently.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys digging into complex issues, identifying root causes, partnering with multiple stakeholders, and driving process improvements that have a direct impact on the business.
What You'll Do
Lead EDI Implementations & Enhancements
- Support new EDI implementations and expansion opportunities across operating companies.

Supports ANSI X12 transaction sets 844, 849, and 845 and pricing/rebate programs.
- Manage the full EDI lifecycle, including requirements gathering, partner onboarding, testing, validation, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Partner with IT, Pricing & Rebates, Operations, and external trading partners to deliver successful integrations.
Troubleshoot & Resolve EDI Issues
- Investigate and resolve transaction-related issues, particularly within ANSI X12 transaction sets such as 844, 849, and 845.
- Analyze transaction flows, mappings, acknowledgements, and business rules to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to restore processing and minimize operational disruption.
Train & Support End Users
- Deliver training and guidance to operating company teams on EDI processes, monitoring, and best practices.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, documentation, and process guides.
- Help drive adoption of standard processes and tools across the organization.
Drive Continuous Improvement
- Evaluate workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend process enhancements.
- Partner with business and IT teams to improve automation, data integrity, and scalability.
- Support system upgrades, enhancements, and future-state initiatives.
What you Bring:
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience supporting EDI systems or related EDI-focused roles.
- Experience working with ANSI X12 transactions and EDI standards.
- Familiarity with transaction sets such as 844, 849, and 845.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems supporting pricing, rebate, or related business processes.
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting pricing, rebate, distribution, or wholesale business processes.
- Background implementing or supporting EDI integrations within ERP environments.
- Experience creating and delivering user training programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
