We are seeking an ERP Eclipse Process Improvement Manager whose primary responsibility will be to significantly enhance the operational productivity and effective utilization of the Eclipse ERP system within our Operating Companies (OPCO's). In this pivotal role, you will serve as a key facilitator in driving performance enhancements, developing comprehensive standard operating procedures, and providing essential training and support to empower our teams to fully leverage the capabilities of the ERP system.  Join our team to lead the charge in operational excellence and to maximize the strategic value of our ERP system across our operating companies!

Key Areas of Success:

 

1. Performance Enhancement:

   - Engage in detailed reviews of Eclipse Dashboard metrics alongside OPCO's to pinpoint specific areas ripe for improvement.

   - Formulate actionable recommendations and strategic action plans aimed at targeting performance metrics, complete with clearly defined goals.

   - Conduct thorough end-of-year evaluations to assess progress by comparing established goals with actual performance outcomes.

 

2. Development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):

   - Craft, implement, and standardize operating procedures across OPCO's that relate to the Eclipse ERP system, encompassing sales operations, branch activities, non-CDC warehousing, and more.

   - Design improvement initiatives to maximize the effectiveness of the Eclipse system, thereby boosting productivity and fostering internal operational efficiencies.

 

3. Training and Development Support:

   - Deliver comprehensive training sessions covering various facets of the Eclipse ERP system, including, but not limited to, sales processes, branch operations, and SOPs.

   - Tailor training formats to suit different learning environments, including classroom settings, small group discussions, individual sessions, and virtual meetings.

 

4. System Development and Feature Implementation:

   - Spearhead the development, testing, documentation, and implementation of new features for the Eclipse ERP system and its associated products.

   - Offer assistance to OPCO's on internal projects, which includes facilitating meetings, creating and maintaining project timelines, and providing essential support as needed.

 

5. Engagement in Special Projects:

   - Collaborate with OPCO's on software modifications and support during system conversion processes, offering training assistance as they transition to utilizing the Eclipse system.

 

6. Mentoring and Continuous Improvement:

- Cultivate a culture of ongoing improvement by mentoring associates and OPCO staff on best practices and the effective application of the ERP system.

- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to enhance both individual performance and team dynamics.

 

What You Bring to the Role:

- Experience: A minimum of 5 years within the distribution, supply chain, or finance industry, accompanied by at least 3 years of hands-on experience with the Eclipse ERP system. A proven history of developing, documenting, and executing improvements within an organizational framework.

- Leadership Qualities: An established capability to lead teams and coordinate diverse activities to fulfill strategic objectives.

- Industry Insight: In-depth knowledge of the distribution sector and an understanding of the key operational metrics that drive success.

- Effective Communication Skills: An adept educator and presenter, skilled at engaging a variety of audiences in both classroom and intimate group environments.

- Collaborative Spirit: The ability to work harmoniously with cross-functional teams, including executive leadership within the OPCO's.

- Self-Management Aptitude: A strong work ethic with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage schedules, and work autonomously.

- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel up to 40% as project needs arise.
