Sonepar US is seeking a strategic leader to join our team as the Vice President of Sales Operations & Customer Experience.   If you are seeking a role and organization where your leadership, combined with a passion for driving sales excellence and enhancing customer experiences, is valued, we have the right opportunity for you.  In this role, the Vice President will lead our commercial go-to-market strategies and ensure alignment with the business goals.

What You Will Do:

 

Sales Operations Management:

  • Implement and manage processes, systems, and strategies supporting sales teams.
  • Optimize CRM systems, sales analytics, and reporting tools.
  • Enhance customer interactions with a 360-degree view.
  • Foster a culture of customer-centricity and continuous learning.
  • Develop and execute sales incentive plans.
  • Innovate technical solutions to support sales operations.

Strategic Leadership:

    • Collaborate with senior leaders for strategic planning and performance management.
    • Execute and track sales strategies to boost market penetration and customer satisfaction.
    • Monitor KPIs and address performance gaps.
    • Design and implement sales incentive plans aligned with organizational goals.

Talent Development:

  • Support and develop organizational talent.
  • Lead, coach, and develop matrixed employees.
  • Collaborate with IT, sales, marketing, and external partners on new technology solutions.

 

What You Bring to the Role:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, business management, finance, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in sales, customer experience, and sales operations.
  • Expertise in CRM systems, sales analytics, and reporting tools.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Experience managing and collaborating in a matrix organization.
  • Effective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel across the USA (average 50%).
  • Authorized to work in the USA without employment sponsorship.
  • Compensation range, base salary $195-265,000

 

 

This is a virtually based opportunity, with the successful candidate conveniently located near a major international airport.
