Sales Project Coordinator

The Sales Project Coordinator supports sales and project operations by coordinating orders, managing project timelines, and assisting with product and market initiatives. This role acts as a key link between sales teams, customers, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of projects, accurate information flow, and strong customer satisfaction.

 

Main Duties

  • Coordinate and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
  • Track project progress and communicate updates to customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Support sales activities by providing product, technical, and project-related assistance
  • Assist with product launches, pricing, and market opportunity research.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure project success
  • Prepare, maintain, and update project and customer data in company systems
  • Facilitate communication and training support for sales teams on products and processes
  • Participate in customer meetings, joint sales calls, or trade events as required
  • Handle order changes, returns, billing coordination, and problem resolution
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

 

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education in Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred,
  • 1–5 years of experience in sales support, project coordination, or a related role,
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across teams and with customers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management systems
  • Problem-solving ability and sound judgment in handling customer and project issues.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic product or industry knowledge (technical knowledge is an asset)
  • Willingness to support occasional travel or on-site meetings if required
