ESC/NorthEast Electrical is looking for a full time, Direct To Stock Coordinator to join our warehouse team!

 

Location: Woburn, MA

Hours: Monday-Friday 5:30am- 2pm

The DTS (Direct To Stock) Coordinator is responsible for coordinating storage and release of customer material as needed and insure that material is released timely and accurately. 

 

What a day in this role looks like:

- Work with project managers and warehouse staff on inventory management for large lighting projects.

- Inventory incoming product and confirm quantity received for storage.

- Assign holding locations for the product.

- Communicate with the appropriate Project Manager(s) on specific jobs.

- Pick, pack and stage outgoing materials for delivery

- Maintain the housekeeping and organization of the DTS area.

- Perform other duties as required or directed by manager.

 

What we are looking for you to bring us:

- 1 to 2 Years of job-related experience and training.

- Must be organized, detail oriented and possess the ability to multi-task

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to adapt quickly to changes and excel in a fast-paced working environment.

- Ability to lift, up to 100 pounds with the aid of PIT equipment.
