Lead Warehouse Associate

ESC/NorthEast Electrical is seeking a Full-time, 2nd Shift Warehouse Lead Associate to join our team in Woburn, MA!

Hours: Monday-Friday 2PM Start

As a member of the Woburn CDC Warehouse Organization you will be responsible for overseeing the workflow of the 2nd Shift. 

What a day in this role looks like:

• Oversee the workflow of the Pickers and Packers and all functions of the 2nd Shift
• Daily logging of picker production metrics.
• Interaction with all other warehouse departments.
• May assist in picking and packing as needed.
• Accurately complete paperwork, documentation and data tracking in a timely basis.
• Other projects/duties as assigned.

What we are looking for you to bring to us:

• Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 75 lbs
• Strong math and reading skill. 
• Positive attitude
• Strong work ethic
• Reliability
