Role & Responsibilities
• Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and 
recording accounts receivables’ data
• Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly 
posted.
• Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues
• Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
• Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status
 

Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or similar
• Be able to communicate in English (reading and writing are required)
• 1–5 years experience for entry-level positions 
• Be detail-oriented and continue learning.
• Experiences in Accounting or ERP system (Dynamic AX 2012)
• Good in MS Excel.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to handle potential tense interactions with clients and 
internal sales team.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
