- Check invoices and prepare billing documents for customers accurately and on time
- Follow up and collect outstanding payments from customers via phone or email
- Record customer payments and perform accounts receivable clearing in the system
- Review supporting documents and issue Credit Notes (CN)
- Prepare Output VAT reports and ensure accuracy and compliance with tax regulations
- Coordinate with sales, customers, and related departments to resolve billing and payment issues
- Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for audit and internal control purposes
- Perform other accounting tasks as assigned by the supervisor
