Job Responsibilities
The Accounts Payable Supervisor has supervision and experience background of all loop of
A/P Oversea and Local for project business, trading and service business. such as
accounts payable, fixed asset, VAT and support closing accounts as per GAAP, IFRS and
internal control standard.
Responsibilities cover:
• Prepare and review account payable for both suppliers local and oversea, and
employees, ensure the completeness of data recorded and aligned with relevant tax
regulations and accounting standards
• Prepare and review accrued expense with supporting documents base on company
policy and procedure to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Ensure the completeness of the document according to 3 ways matching concept with
the correct account code to ensure creditor and expense are set up correctly
• Review payments for appropriate authorization
• Co-ordinate with other departments and external service provider to achieve timely
and accurate processing of accounts payable related activities
• Perform the month end closing process and reconciliation of the ledgers
• Support internal and external
• Other ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by the management
Qualifications & Skill Need :
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• Experience 3- 5 years with related field or with MNC company is preferred.
• Good attitude and growth mindset
• Strong knowledge, leadership skills and able to work under pressure
• Good command of English
• Excellent skill in MS office and experience in ERP especially Microsoft AX are
preferred
